FRP保溫、冷藏車廂是一種高科技、高品質的新型板材，為我公司最新開發的第二代FRP環保產品，產品在超低溫下不會發生脆裂，在高溫下不會變形，并且可以防止熱傳遞。產品可替代彩鋼板、鋁板、不銹鋼板等，并克服了傳統產品生銹、腐蝕、導熱、易于凹陷變形、不易清洗、耐久性差、易磨損、不能適應惡劣環境等缺點。產品經過特殊的表面處理，具有很高自潔性、光線性、防紫外線性、抗靜電性等特點。

FRP保溫、冷藏車廂板是目前國際流行的新型車廂板材，產品采用三明治結構，外層采用FRP玻璃鋼板蒙皮，中間采用高密度聚氨酯發泡材料，隔熱層厚度達50-100mmn，面板厚度1-3mm不等，隔熱性能極佳。產品最大長度為5.0米，最大寬度為2.50米，也可按照用戶需求的規格尺寸制作。產品廣泛應用于冷藏車廂、集裝箱、房車、活動房、臨時辦公室、崗亭等。

1、重量輕：比國內傳統產品減輕自重30-40%。
2、保溫隔熱性能：玻璃鋼面板導熱系數約為0.23W/m2.K，硬質聚氨酯泡沫導熱系數為0.018-0.028W/m2.K，總傳熱系數K值可低于0.3W/m2.K。
3、表面性能：玻璃鋼表面具有極強的抗拉強度、彎曲強度和沖擊韌性，不變形。對大氣、雨水和一般濃度的酸、堿、鹽等介質具有極佳的化學穩定性。
表面光潔度高，抗紫外線，保光性佳，不變色，易清潔，特別適宜做各種車廂廣告。
4、抗滲性能：雙面玻璃鋼面板均具有不透水性，耐水性能極佳。
5、阻燃性能：FRP板材阻燃指數符合國家標準B2級。
6、產品壽命：比國內傳統產品提高4-6倍。
7、易維護性：修補處理后無明顯的修補痕跡，這是鋼質、鋁質廂板無法比擬的。

三、安裝方式：

通過高強度膠黏劑、螺釘與骨架連接，骨架采用高強度鋁型材或鋼結構骨架與復合板組裝冷藏保溫車，安裝簡易快捷，無需特殊工裝。板材間采用高強度結構膠粘結而成，具有最大的連接可靠性和最佳的密封保溫性能，箱體安裝簡便快捷。
