SOCAM是注冊于比利時的一家有限公司。它的命名基于“準則遵守審查管理的服務機構”的概念。它致力于為歐洲的MARCA和C&A零售公司監督為其提供的貨物在生產過程中遵循了負責的商業標準。SOCAM尤其關注發現及防止剝削，特別是對童工和各種非法勞工的剝削。它也關心環境保護，健康和安全方面的問題。
